  • Jeff- Board Chair Meryl- BDC Chair

    The VanderWeide’s call Rockford, MI their home. They have been married since 1983. They have 4 children and 8 grandchildren. They have been faithful members of the HOH board since 2018.

  • Matt- Vice President Shelli-Board Secretary

    Matt is from Alto, MI and Shelli is from Roanoke, Illinois. The Oesch’s have been married since 2009 and have 5 children. They have faithfully served on our board since 2022.

  • Caleb- Treasurer

    Caleb and Lilah met while attending Christian college.  They were married in 2024 and recently welcomed their first daughter, Dahlia.  Both have a background rooted in faith.  Caleb has completed degrees in Accounting and Finance, and he is currently working toward becoming a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).  Lilah has an Etsy shop and enjoys expanding her talents in marketing through social media.

  • The Yoder’s are from Vandalia, Michigan. They have been married since 1998 and have 8 children and 3 grandchildren. They have served on HOH’s board since June 2023.

  • The Yoder’s are from Sturgis, Michigan. They were married in 1978 and have 4 children and 11 grandchildren! Lowayne and Phyliss have lovingly served on our board since 2021.

  • The Karnemaat’s are high school sweethearts who were married in 1986. They have 10 children and 12 grandchildren. They live in Fremont, Michigan and began serving on our board in October 2024.
